DMC Delorean | How is and Electric DeLorean Possible?

The Delorean Motor Company (Texas), headed by CEO Stephen Wynne, has no connection with John Delorean’s original company.  When the orignal Delorean Motor Company failed all the parts were auctioned off. In 2007 Stephen Wynne purchased all remaining parts for the Delorean car and started the Delorean Motor Comapny (Texas). The Delorean Motor Company (Texas) builds ‘new’ petrol powered Deloreans. The Deloreans contain approximately 80% original parts and 20% new reproduction parts. So you can still buy a new DMC Delorean today! So the obvious next step was to convert the DMC Delorean to electric power.
